  Alpha Hydroxy Range

  The Alpha Hydroxy range is comprised of gentle products containing non-toxic Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHA).  AHA’s aid in the skin’s natural exfoliation process to prevent the build-up of dead skin cells.

The Alpha Hydroxy Toners are an essential step in the Environ® Skin Care System as they remove residual cleanser; help balance the skin’s natural acid mantle and assist with the penetration of other Environ® products.

The Alpha Hydroxy creams, and gel are specifically designed for congested, and mature, photo-aged skin to encourage cell regeneration. These products are not recommended for young, healthy skin and are only available following consultation as part of a treatment regime and should be used only at nights.

Please note that all of these products contain AlphaHydroxy Acids that can increase the skins photosensitivity.  Therefore, it is important to apply daily SPF when using these products. 

  • AlphaHydroxy Toner Mild: contains mild levels of AHAs for normal or combination skin.

  • AlphaHydroxy Toner Forte: a concentrated toner with medium levels of AHA’s.  Usually, recommended for oily and congested skin once skin has become accustomed to the Alpha Toner Mild.

  • AlphaHydroxy Cream Mild: contains medium levels of AHAs recommended for sun-damaged, congested or sensitive skin.  It should be used 3 times per week at nights only.

  • Alpha Hydroxy Gel: contains maximum levels of AHAs and is intended to be used on mature, sun-damaged and congested skin.  It should only be used after the body has become accustomed to the Alpha Cream Mild, 3 times per week at nights only.

  • Alpha Day Lotion: is intended for hyper-pigmented skin and contains maximum levels of AHAs with SPF15.
